Brad Brandt
Brad Brandt serves as Senior Pastor at Wheelersburg Baptist Church in Wheelersburg, Ohio, where he and his wife, Sherry, have served since 1987. They have two married children and four grandchildren. He is a Fellow with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors, and his passion in life is to know Christ and make Christ known to others.
Jenn Chen
Jenn is ACBC certified and has taught on biblical counselling at seminaries, universities, and conferences; has been featured on biblical counselling observation videos; and recently published Biblical Counselling and Mental Disorders. Jenn was previously licensed as a clinical psychologist in 2002 after earning a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and an MA degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian institutions. However, midway through her psychology career, Jenn ended up receiving biblical counselling, after which she earned her MABC at the Master’s University (TMU). She left the secular world of mental health and integration. Jenn is deeply grateful for how biblical counselling pointed her to the Triune Redeemer, transforming her faith, her life, and her counsel.
Avril Fries
Although Avril was born and raised in Scotland, she and her husband Dale have lived in the USA and served as church planters in South Africa from 1990 until 2004. They have five married children and a fourteen grandchildren. Her immediate family live in six different countries. Avril recently became certified with ACBC and is presently serving alongside her husband in a church plant in Kilmarnock, Scotland. She is passionate about helping women connect scripture to life.
Joshua Greiner
Josh Greiner joined Berean Baptist Church in 2023 as the Lead Pastor. Before this, he was on staff as a pastor at in Indiana for 10 years. He received his BA from Purdue University in Political Science (2008), his M.Div. from Faith Bible Seminary (2013), Th.M. from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (2019), and is currently finishing up his Ph.D. from SBTS.
He is an ACBC-certified counsellor, grader, and fellow. Josh is married to Shana and has four children: Winston, Cecilia, Lorelai, and Edwin.
Alasdair MacPherson
Alasdair having lived in Shetland for most of his life now lives in Oxfordshire with his wife Rhoda and their four boys, Will, Ethan, Jude and Cole. He serves in the assembly in North Leigh. He continues to be employed in the seafood industry selling Shetland seafood to businesses throughout Europe.
Matthew Statler
Matthew is the Pastor at Sierra Vista Baptist Church in Arizona and an ACBC certified member. He served in the Army from 2003-2013 and graduated from SBTS with an MDiv in Biblical Counselling.
Margaret Glass
Margaret Glass and her husband, John, are missionaries with Grace Ministries International, presently living in France and church-planting in Geneva, Switzerland.
Kevin Carson
Kevin Carson serves as pastor of Sonrise Baptist Church in Ozark, MO, and also serves as professor and department chair of Biblical Counseling at Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary in Springfield, MO.
Kyle Gangel
Kyle Gangel is the Preaching Pastor at Southern Hills Bible Church in Custer, SD and a certified biblical counselor with ACBC.
Jacob Elwart
Jacob Elwart is a fellow with ACBC, and serves as pastor of discipleship ministries at Inter-City Baptist Church, where he directs Delta Biblical Counseling Center. Jacob is also an assistant professor of biblical counseling at Detroit Baptist Theological Seminary.
